Charleston, SC: A Global City  Almost 800,000 people from all over the world now call Charleston (Tri-County area: Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester) home.  Charleston is growing at a rate of three times the national average and was named the number one moving destination in the U.S. according to Realtor.com.

No longer is Charleston the quaint hidden gem of southern hospitality.  While hospitality still rings true, it is now so much more.  More business, more people, more diversity…more opportunity to share Christ with those who show up.  We are here, in this now global city partnering to make Jesus known, multiply the church and serve the city.

As staff members with Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) since 2004, we have seen God transform lives of all ages with His love and grace.

Our vision is that every man, woman and child knows the gospel and experiences the love of Jesus through vital, multiplying communities. 

Our strategy to reach Charleston (residents, students and visitors) has four emphasis:

1. Connect – we connect people to Jesus through meaningful, conversational evangelism that is wise, gracious, open and clear.
2. Develop – we equip missional leaders in evangelism, discipleship and leadership development.
3. Multiply – we support and initiate missional community and church multiplication.
4. Partner – we partner for Kingdom impact as we pursue our vision.
